Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the following countries:

  • United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Ireland
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden

If your country is not listed, it will not appear as an option at checkout.

Shipping options

  • Free Shipping: $0 on every order to every country we ship to. No minimum, no code needed.
  • Express Shipping (Faster): $14.90 flat rate per order. Your order gets priority handling and a faster carrier service.

Prices and shipping are shown in your local currency at checkout.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 5 to 12 business days from order to delivery, for every country we ship to. You receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and a second email with your tracking number as soon as it ships. We work directly with our manufacturers instead of holding warehouse inventory, which keeps our prices low.

Delivery can take longer during peak season (late November through December) and during carrier or customs delays outside our control.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of ordering, email contact@shopstowforge.com and we will locate it.

Multiple packages

Orders with more than one product may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive tracking for each one.

PO boxes

We cannot ship larger items to PO boxes. Please use a street address.

Lost or undelivered packages

If tracking shows delivered and the package is not there, email us within 7 days. If tracking has not updated in 10 days, email us and we will open a case with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or a full refund.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has shipped. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address are refunded minus any shipping and return costs.
